Taste Tint: Yellow Pepper Dip

Want to taste Tint? We've found super tasty bread spreads in the colors of our lettering! Cheers to our recipe for yellow: "Yellow Pepper Dip" (vegetarian)!

Yellow Pepper Dip (c) Carmen Teubenbacher

Ingredients:

  • 2 yellow peppers

  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup curd

  • a pinch of salt

 

Preparation:

Wash the peppers, remove the pits, and cut into very small pieces.

Mix sour cream, curd, curry and salt to a cream.

Add the peppers to the cream and enjoy!
